Because our candles and fragrances are handcrafted and poured in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in appearance, texture, or wax behavior are completely normal and part of their charm. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products; however, colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Glassy reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Glassy confirms acceptance and processes your payment. Please review your order carefully, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is processed. If we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We always strive to get your wellness rituals to you quickly, but we cannot be held liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, extreme weather (which can affect wax and glass), customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including all brand messaging, photography, logos, and product designs, are owned by Glassy and are protected by Canadian and foreign intellectual property laws. We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like payment gateways) over which we have no control. We provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties. SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Glassy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Glassy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Glassy.
